To test how my character would fit within a Monkey Island game, I decided to put her concept next to other characters. I quickly realised that the colours on my concept looked very dull in comparison, so I eleviated the contrast and saturation to further match the Monkey Island style and colour scheme (which can be seen below).
I then edited my asset sheet to match the comparison picture above, meaning this is the final version!

If I were to improve it later after this project, I would definitely practice the Monkey Island style more, redraw the arms and hands as they look slightly out of proportion, and practice drawing different types of hats! My favourite thing about this sheet is the colouring though, I'm really proud with how the colours and blending turned out.

Next I created my character sheet, which highlights the characters personality being cheerful, grump, surprised and sad. In addition to this, I added some movements which highlight that she's a very small and weak character (for example trying to heave a large sack around and place a box on a shelf. I wish I had more time to spend on these sketches although they'll have to do for this project. To improve them I would definitely fix the anatomical issues within them and make the walking/running pose more dramatic and visually impactful.

And lastly (before my twilight character), here is the illustration for my female shopkeeper! She is shown in the underwater temple (with seaweed growing around her shelves), including the items she has for sale. I'm proud of how I did the backlighting in this picture, however have much to improve on in terms of rendering the picture to a good polish. I will make sure to focus on rendering images after this project.

Next it was onto designing the twilight form for my character. I am still fixed on including a jellyfish theme, however I still wanted to sketch a couple designs before I got too carried away with creating a jellyfish! I really love the idea of an elongated figure though as it poses to be very intimidating.

I then experimented with combining the designs together, as well as re-iterating the hairstyle a bit more to link with how my original character looks.

Again, time to use colour! Because the original colour scheme of my character didn't really seem sinister or mysterious enough, I decided to experiment with brighter pallettes. My favourite one is the third, because I like how the green adds an almost sick-ly cursed look to her, as well as being the same colour as Le Chucks cursed form (being green). I think the contrast between the darkish purple on my normal character is really fitting to a ghoulishly bright purple. Like opposites.
